4” lip to get on ramp, and around 1 inch wide gaps along walkway which parallel wheelchair path of travel, making ramp inaccessible, but possibly usable.
A river pullout/restroom facility-3 steps from ramp to get to restroom, plus a 20% grade up to restroom and 2” lip on pad make restroom inaccessible.
Small, rarely used and obscure site.
