Above dimensions are for upper toilet.
Upper area has excellent paved designated accessible parking in front of accessible toilets and near short, usable trail.
Lower toilet has same specs as the upper.
Great lower accessible parking just like that of the upper.
Lowell Point is a day use parking area to access the trailhead which leads to Caines Head SRA.
Good, usable, flat, firm trial from lower parking area to beach and great views of Resurrection Bay.
