If you want to run for a state office (House, Senate, statewide, judicial retention and constitutional convention delegates)

Start here:
Sec. 15.13.100. Expenditures before filing
and 2 AAC 50.274. Early Campaigning

Then file this form with APOC if you have not filed with the Lieutenant Governor’s Office to have your name appear on the State Ballot or if your Municipality’s filing period has not opened.
