NOTE: Alaska statute does not require the use of the vendor list to meet public notice requirements for formal invitations to bid and requests for proposals (above $50,000). In general, agencies will post notices of invitations to bid and requests for proposals to the Alaska Online Public Notice System, as that satisfies public notice requirements in accordance with AS 36.30.130(a).
