Applications for title and registration for city, municipal, and borough owned vehicles are processed the same as privately owned vehicles.

See R-325 for further registration information.

Transfer of title from a municipality is handled in the same manner as any other title transfer. If the municipality has lost the title they may obtain a duplicate title at any DMV office, business partner or commission agent.
