IRIS is built from three software solutions:

CGI Advantage provides four modules for IRIS: Administration, Financial, Procurement, and Payroll Processing. The administration module manages security and workflow. The financial module manages financials, inventory and assets, accounts receivable, projects and grants. The procurement module provides "req-to-check" procurement functionality as well as a vendor self-service portal. The human resource management and payroll module manages human resources and payroll and provides an employee self-service portal.
Meridian Global provides the learning management module, LearnAlaska, for IRIS.
SymPro Debt Manager provides the debt management module for IRIS.
