Notice of Personnel Board Meeting

The Alaska State Personnel Board will hold a meeting on October 17, 2011, starting at 12:00 p.m., at the Frontier Building, 3601 C Street, Room 880, Anchorage, Alaska, pursuant to authority vested in it under AS 39.25.070 on the following matters:
To take action on minutes from earlier meetings, to review outstanding ethics cases and reports, to consider the adoption of proposed amendments to Personnel Rules, to consider expansion of the partially exempt service to include PCN 02-4098, Deputy Director, Division of Finance, and other matters that may come before the board within the scope of this notice. Deliberations on ethics matters will occur in executive session because these matters are required to be confidential under AS 39.52.340.
The proposed amendments to the Personnel Rules are as follows:
2 AAC 07.106(b) (4) is amended by adding the requirement to be physically present in Alaska.
