Wellness Assessment and Support
AlaskaCare provides you with an interactive, personalized wellness assessment via the AlaskaCare HealthSmart Wellness Portal. After you take the assessment, you will receive a detailed report that includes personal risk factors. The Wellness Portal can then help you manage those risk factors, as well as provide you with a wealth of health information.
