Wellness Champions

Do you want to be involved in promoting workplace wellness in your office?

Wellness Champions help promote a culture of wellness in the workplace by building participation and serving as advocates for program activities. Wellness Champions will receive frequent email updates and will be encouraged to promote workplace wellness activities.

Wellness Champions:

  • Enhance Wellness activities by providing feedback to the Wellness team
  • Motivate employees by participating and publicly displaying your results
  • Promote Monthly Challenges in your workplace – posters and other communications will be provided by the Wellness team
  • Customize activities to resonate with participants in your workplace
  • Share your office success stories and lessons learned
