Your cost is the total premium for the options you select, less the Benefit Credit the State provides. View current benefit credit amounts. Your premium cost will be split and withheld from your salary each month. Since these premiums are deducted before taxes are calculated, your taxable income is reduced. These premiums are effective 7/1/2011 through 6/30/2012.
