  2. When can I speak with a pharmacist?
    • A pharmacist is available to answer questions Monday through Friday 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. (PST) and Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. (PST).
    • You may also e-mail a Costco pharmacist with questions and concerns at: webpharmacy@costco.com.
  3. How do I get started using the Costco Mail Order/Online pharmacy?
  4. What is the difference between traditional mail order and the online ordering service?
    • Traditional mail order requires you to order all your prescriptions via mail or phone. You must complete a patient profile form and submit it to Costco Mail Order Pharmacy Exit this site. Traditional mail order also accepts personal checks and Electric Funds Transfer as forms of payment.
    • Online ordering service requires you to order all your new prescriptions online at costco.com. You need to create an online account Exit this site. Please remember each individual receiving medications must have their own unique e-mail address in order to create an online account. All communication between you and the pharmacy will be done via e-mail.
  5. Where is my prescription being shipped from?
    • Your prescriptions are being shipped from our mail order facility in Corona, CA. We will ship anywhere in the United States. Please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on where you are located in the country.
  6. What is the status of my order?
    • Mail order patients: Please call (800) 607-6861
    • Online patients: Check your prescription status Exit this site.
  7. How can I refill my prescription?
    • You may refill a prescription if there are refills remaining and if it was previously filled at our pharmacy. If you need to change the quantity or directions of your refill, please request a new prescription from your physician.
  8. Can I transfer my prescription to your pharmacy?
    • You may only transfer a prescription from a Costco warehouse pharmacy to the online pharmacy. If your prescription is at a pharmacy other than Costco, please request a new prescription from your physician.
  9. When do I need to place my order?
    • It is our goal to have your order in your hands 14 days after we receive it at our facility for processing. Please allow a few extra days when placing an order for the first time. Please remember to calculate the amount of time it may take for your prescription(s) request to leave your household and reach our facility.
  10. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    • Once your written prescription has been received at our facility and we have received your request to fill your order, it can be delivered within 6 to 14 days. If you do not receive your order in 14 days, please contact Costco Mail Order Pharmacy at (866) 443-0060.
  11. What if I need my prescription sooner than 6 to 11 days?
    • We offer three delivery methods:
      1. USPS FREE Shipping (6 to 11 days)
      2. UPS 3 day shipping - $10.95
      3. UPS 2 day shipping - $ 13.95
    • * UPS will not deliver on weekends and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
    • * Packages with expedited shipping and addressed to P.O. Boxes will be delivered by Express Mail Via USPS.
  12. How can I ensure my order will not be delayed?
    • Please ensure you are providing us with a valid shipping address and valid payment information. Please ensure your name, address, and phone number are written legibly on all submitted documents including the original prescription(s). Per Washington state law a prescription must either be typed or printed. Your physician must provide complete directions for use. We cannot dispense an order without valid instructions; “use as directed” will not be accepted. An out of state mid-level practitioner (i.e., ARNP, PA-C) must have all prescription(s) co-signed by an MD or DO. Please ensure your prescription is written for the maximum days supplied allowed by your plan (usually 90 days) and contains additional refills.
  13. Why didn't I receive all my prescriptions at once?
    • In order not to delay your prescription therapy, we may ship your items as they are completed in separate packages. At times, it may take longer to fill certain prescriptions. You will not incur any extra shipping charges for split packages.

  15. What should I do if my shipping and billing information has changed?
    • If you order by mail or phone please contact the pharmacy at (800) 607-6861.
    • If you order online please go to My Account Exit this site and select Patient Information under pharmacy to update.
  16. What forms of payment do you accept?
    • We require payment with every prescription order. The shipment of your prescription order may be delayed if we do not receive payment in full at the time of order, if you have an unpaid balance with Costco Mail Order Pharmacy, or if your forms are not filled out completely. For your convenience and to make quick and secure payments we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Costco Credit Card. If you use our traditional mail order service you may also make a payment by mailing a personal check with your order or supplying a voided check for Electronic Funds Transfer. Please contact the pharmacy if you need to pay by check. Typically, orders paid with a credit card are processed up to two days faster.
  17. When should I reorder my medication?
    • Please order a refill at least 2 weeks in advance.
  18. What is the pharmacy return policy?
    • If you have a question or concern regarding your prescription order please call the pharmacy at (800) 607-6861 and ask to speak with a pharmacist.
  19. When I receive my order what will be included in the package?
    • Each package will include your prescription medication, prescription label, and a drug monograph. All prescription bottles will be sealed with child safety caps to prevent them from opening during shipment. If you select easy-open caps, they will be included in the package for you to switch once your package has safely arrived.
