• Option #1: Add Select Life and AD&D
• Option #2: Purchase one or more of the Life Benefits available under the Optional Benefits Life which includes:
  • Supplemental Life
  • Supplemental Accidental Death and Dismemberment
  • Supplemental Survivor Benefits
