May 21 - June 8, 2012

Open Enrollment is the time to review your current health, life and optional benefit elections and the dependents covered under your health plan and make changes for the upcoming benefit year, beginning July 1, 2012.

To protect your personal information and use plan resources wisely, no personalized information is being mailed to members this year. Everything you need to make decisions about your benefits and enroll online is right here!

What to Do
