Changes to Employer Access
The Division of Retirement and Benefits is launching a new and improved Employer Access application at 1 p.m. today, July 14, 2015. The application will have a new look and feel, as well as a faster response time.
Employer Access will no longer be available through myRnB. The new Employer Access application is located at myrnb.alaska.gov/EmployerAccess .
With the new application, your myAlaska username and password are no longer valid.
Please note that the new Employer Access application works best with Firefox or Chrome browsers. It does not work well with Internet Explorer.
How to login to Employer Access
- If you are a State of Alaska employee, you will use your SOA username and password (the same as you use to log in to your computer.)
- If you have an eReporting username and password, you will use those to login.
- If you do not have an eReporting username and password, one has been created for you. Your email address will be your username, and your temporary password will follow this formula:
- Lower case email part before the @ sign:
- johndoe@example.com = johndoe
- absmith@nowhere.com = absmith
- If the email has an underscore ( _ ) or a period ( . ), those characters are removed:
- john_doe@example.com = johndoe
- a.b.smith@nowhere.com = absmith
- The user's 3rd, 4th, and 5th digits of their Social Security number (SSN) is appended to the password:
- john_doe@example.com with an SSN of 123-45-6789 = johndoe345
- Lower case email part before the @ sign:
You must change this provided temporary password by July 21, 2015.
