Announcement Regarding Optional Life Insurance for ASEA Members
Recently, ASEA members have reported being contacted by an insurance company selling life insurance. This is not a scam. American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) is contracted through ASEA to provide optional life insurance to its members. AIL agents will be in Juneau in the near future and are currently contacting only the ASEA members who returned a beneficiary card included in a mailing sent in 2014 and 2015.
AIL is NOT contracted by the State of Alaska or the Division of Retirement and Benefits. It is provided by ASEA to its members only.
