The Retirement Customer Service Center (RCSC) serves members of the Public Employees’, Teachers’, Judicial, National Guard and Elected Public Officer Retirement Systems. The Center also serves participants of the Alaska Supplemental Annuity (SBS) and the Alaska Deferred Compensation (DCP) Plans.

They assist the state in managing all aspects of the AlaskaCare Health Plan and process all health care claims for the state's AlaskaCare plan participants.
