Making an Appointment with a Counselor

Teleconference appointments

To make a teleconference appointment with a counselor, please call or email the retirement clerk, (907) 465-1875.

In-person appointments can be made to see a counselor in the Juneau or Anchorage office.
To meet with a counselor, members outside of these areas must teleconference or attend a seminar.
Counselors meet with members at seminars on a first-come, first-serve basis. Counselors do not take appointments during seminars.
