Making an Appointment with a Counselor
Teleconference appointments
- To make a teleconference appointment with a counselor, please call or email Donna Yancey, (907) 465-1443.
In-person appointments
- In-person appointments can be made to see a counselor in the Juneau or Anchorage office.
- To meet with a counselor, members outside of these areas must teleconference or attend a seminar.
- Counselors meet with members at seminars on a first-come, first-serve basis. Counselors do not take appointments during seminars.
