  • Projections received the week of April 2, 2013.
  • Claims received the week of April 2, 2013.
  • Other requests received the week of April 2, 2013.

Turnaround time

Standard PERS/TRS Defined Benefit refunds*

  • Within two to three weeks of receiving application (if all information on application is accurate with no attachments)

Standard Great-West refunds*

  • Within two to three weeks of receiving application (if all information on application is correct)

*Turnaround times are estimates and are only applicable if participant has satisfied the 60-day waiting period. Note: Please confirm your employer has reported your term date.
