Division of Risk Management
The Division of Risk Management is available to assist all state agencies in answering questions in matters relating to Risk Assessment and Insurance issues. Most answers can be found in the claims manual.

Light Duty Return to Work Program
The Light Duty Return to Work program allows an employee to continue working while recovering from an on the job injury.
This is a 24-week program that allows the employer to place the worker back in the department and ensures that the worker has reasonable accommodations while recovering, and still gets a paycheck.
