Division of Risk Management
The Division of Risk Management is available to assist all state agencies in answering questions in matters relating to Risk Assessment and Insurance issues. Most answers can be found in the claims manual.
This manual will answer most of your questions regarding claims reporting. If you have additional questions about completing forms or about the substance of a claim, contact Risk Management at (907) 465-2180.

Please note, the process for reporting an injury or illness changed in July 2013. Both of the following forms must be completed for Workers' Compensation.
Light Duty Return to Work Program
The Light Duty Return to Work program allows an employee to continue working while recovering from an on the job injury.
This is a 24 week program that allows the employer to place the worker in the department and insuring that the workers has reasonable accommodations to recover, and still get a pay check.
