Secure Repliesare configured to not encrypt if their target is the Alaska.gov email domain or other non-encrypt email domains configured for TLS. The replies are configured to only include original addresses and allow additional Alaska.gov addresses to be specified. Immediate notification occurs if non-alaska.gov domains get added to the recipient list and sending is attempted.

Reply All's are configured to only include original addresses and allow additional Alaska.gov Email addresses to be specified. The replies will not encrypt if their target is the Alaska.gov Email domain. Immediate notification occurs if non-alaska.gov domains get added to the recipient list and sending is attempted. If the original recipient list includes domains which are not Alaska.gov, the mail will not be delivered to those other domains and removal of non-Alaska.gov recipient domains must occur prior to sending.

Forwarding is restricted to specific domains; Only Alaska.gov. Immediate notification occurs, in the form of an error, if non-alaska.gov domains get added to the recipient list and sending is attempted.

E-Mail initially composed within the web interface is restricted by the delivery domain for external users. Therefore, if an external user of the system attempts to compose a message on the web interface and the mail is destined for a domain other than Alaska.gov, an error will be displayed indicating "Not all of the email addresses are in valid domains."
