Summary:  The State is partnering with McAfee to deploy McAfee Security Connected Solutions over the next three years.  To initiate this effort ETS and McAfee will be holding informational meetings to describe the Program and introduce the Solutions in Juneau, Anchorage, and via Webex on February 15 and 16, 2012.

Meeting Purpose:  To introduce Information Technology business owners and management to the Program and the McAfee Security Connected Solutions the State will deploy.

Overview:
Identical meetings will be held in Anchorage on February 15, 2012 and in Juneau on February 16, 2012 with access via Webex on both days.  The first hour of the meeting will include an introduction to the Program, the Administrative Model and the System Design Project.  After a break for lunch, the afternoon will feature McAfee presentations about the purchased solutions. 

Follow up Meetings:
Additional Webex meetings will be set up to conduct “deep dive” informational sessions with questions and answers on McAfee Enterprise Policy Orchestrator (ePO), McAfee End Point Protection (Anti-Virus and Host Intrusion Protection,) and McAfee Mobility Manager.  Informational sessions on other products will occur later in the Program.
