myAlaska provides Secure Single Sign-on, Signature, and Services for Citizens.  myAlaska enables department applications to authenticate citizens to their application using a single myAlaska user account that the citizen maintains for doing business through the web with various State of Alaska agencies.  myAlaska enables departments to not have to develop and maintain the authentication process in their own applications.  Additionally, the public who do business with the State will be able to use a single username and password combination to access all of the State applications that use myAlaska for their application authentication.
myAlaska core services are:

  • Account creation and maintenance
  • Password management
  • Profile information for form population
  • Electronic Signature
  • The PFD / DMV user validation
  • The use of the ETS help desk to support myAlaska services
