WEEKLY STATUS TRACKING REPORTS
These reports are provided by the ETS project management office and use
a standard format for reporting status of a project or project phase. The cover sheet identifies the scope and description, sponsors and managers, the PM process period, fiscal and staffing totals, project risk level, significant changes made to date and any variances to project schedule or cost. The balance of the report includes a list of problems / issues and assistance needed for the reporting period, an assessment of overall project risks, accomplishments / problems resolved since last period, activities planned for the next period, a contract expenditure summary, a document review summary and a status of the functional workgroup deliverables.
