SOA Rate Plan Details
| 250 Pooled Minutes | Every phone on the State of Alaska contract adds 250 minutes to a pool that all users can pull from. For example; 3,300 phones on service allows all users to pull from a pool of 825,000 minutes. That is 572 days of calling! |
| Unused minutes carry over to the next month | If there are any unused minutes as the end of the billing period, they will be carried over to the next billing period. This adds even more minutes to the pool. These minutes that carry over will not expire until used. |
| 100 Pooled Text and Multimedia Messages Unlimited incoming messages |
Every phone on the State of Alaska contract adds 100 text and multi-media messages to a pool that all users can pull from. For Example; 3,300 phones on service allows all users to have access to a pool of 330,000 text messages every bill cycle. |
| Voicemail | Voicemail service is included with your service. Information on how to set this service up is found in this guide. |
| Nationwide Coverage | All State of Alaska phones will have the ability to make and receive calls in all 50 States without incurring additional charges. |
| Unlimited Mobile-to-Mobile | Calling All State of Alaska phones enjoy unlimited calling to any GCI Wireless or Alaska DigiTel phone. |
| Unlimited Night & Weekends | All State of Alaska phones enjoy unlimited calling between 9pm and 5:59am Mon –Fri, and all day Sat & Sun |
| Included Long Distance | You are not charged any additional fees for making domestic long distance calls. These calls will pull from the regular pool of minutes |

| International Direct Dial Long Distance | For an additional $3.99 per month, per line, GCI’s International Calling Plus Plan delivers reduced rates to many countries. International long distance fees vary by country and are subject to change at any time. Please contact GCI for the latest international rates. |
| Directory Assistance | $1.50 per call –includes call completion |
| Voicemail to email | $2.99 per month. Have your voicemail delivered to any email address you choose, also manage your messages online. |
| The State of Alaska is responsible for any charges incurred by State employees that are not normally covered under standard service including, but not limited to, Directory Assistance, downloading ringtones, priority calling, downloadable games and applications, etc. Any items not specifically identified as Service Plan Coverage in RFP No 2010-0200-9319 may be charged a fee as an additional and separate service. | |
