Rates for Services
ETS is a chargeback agency which bills agencies for its services. A complete listing of rates for ETS services are posted for the current year and historical rates are available. Rates are separated into Telecommunications and Computer Services. Hourly rates for ETS consulting services are also posted. An overview of the Rate Setting Methodology which contains general information about rates, billing, policies and Enterprise Productivity Rates (EPRs) will be posted shortly.
