Due to weather, the Governor's Office has directed state offices to close in Anchorage Wednesday, September 05, 2012. State employees involved in protecting the health and safety of Alaskans (certain offices within the Departments of Public Safety, Corrections, and the Alaska Pioneer Homes and other 24-hour facilities) are required to remain at work unless on approved leave.
Please use extreme caution while driving.
