    The Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission has amended its regulations dealing with 20 AAC 25.287 which modifies the well control requirements for maintenance, testing and pressures for wireline operations, 20 AAC 25.990 was amended to clarify “well branch” and “primary wellbore”, and 20 AAC 25.040 was amended to clarify wellhead signage requirements.

    The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulation changes on October 4, 2013, with an effective date of November 3, 2013.
