The Trading Bay "G" NE Oil Pool is defined as the accumulation of oil common to and correlative with the interval from 10,073' to 10,250' in the Texaco-Superior TS No. 1 well (now known as Marathon Oil Company's N. Trading Bay Unit No. SPR-01; permit to drill no. 168-048).  The Trading Bay Trading Bay Hemlock NE Oil Pool is defined as the accumulation of oil common to and which correlates with the interval 10,275' to 10,635' in the same well.  The affected area for the pool is: SE/4 of Section 22, all of Section 23, all of Section 26, E/2 of Section 27, E/2 and NW/4 of Section 34, and all of Section 35 of T10N, R13W, S.M.

Commingling of Trading Bay "G" NE Oil Pool and Trading Bay Hemlock NE Oil Pool fluids is permitted in the well bore.  Spacing permitted is a total of not more than two completed oil wells per governmental quarter section. Continuous production from the pool began in January 1986, and the last significant reported production was in July 1992.  Water injection for enhanced recovery purposes began in January 1972 and ended in March 1981.  API gravities for the "G" NE and Hemlock NE oil pools are 35.8 and 36.2 degrees, respectively.
