The Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission proposes to adopt regulation changes in 20 AAC 25.025 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with Bonding, including the following:
(1) 20 AAC 25.025 is proposed to be repealed and rewritten as follows: Increasing the minimum bonding amount to more accurately reflect the costs of abandoning wells by establishing a multi-tiered bonding schedule based on the number of wells an operator has.

The applications of BlueCrest Energy (BlueCrest) for an exception to the
spacing requirements of 20 AAC 25.055 for the drilling of the Hansen H-04 well
and the Hansen H-04-L01, Hansen H-04-L02, Hansen H-04-L03, Hansen H-04-L04,
Hansen H-04-L05, Hansen H-04-L06, and Hansen H-04-L07 well branches.
By letter dated November 5, 2018, Kate Troll requested a hearing to be held by the
Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC).
BPXA, by letter dated July 24, 2018, requests the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC)
amend area injection orders no. 3B, 22E, and 24B in accordance with 20 AAC 25.215 to authorize the
downhole commingling of injection between the Aurora and Prudhoe Oil Pools and the Borealis and Prudhoe
Oil Pools for all injection wells in those pools.
BPXA, by letter dated August 22, 2018, requests the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC)
issue an order in accordance with 20 AAC 25.215 to authorize the downhole commingling of production
from the Prudhoe and Lisburne Oil Pools in the PBU L5-21 well.
Savant, by letter dated November 15, 2018, requests the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC)
amend AIO 17 to allow the BU B1-14 well to be used either as an enhanced oil recovery gas injection well
or as a gas source well for Badami Unit operations based on the amount of gas available under the current
