Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp), by application dated July 13, 2018, requests the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) issue an Disposal Injection Order to authorize disposal of approved Class II oil and gas exploration and production wastes in up to four (4) dedicated wells in the Moose Pad Area, Milne Point Field, Milne Point Unit, North Slope, Alaska.

BlueCrest, by letter dated July 12, 2018, requests the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) issue an order for an exception to the spacing requirement of 20 AAC 25.055 because the proposed well and well branches will be drilled within the same governmental quarter sections as, and within 1,000’ of, wells Hansen H-12 and Hanson H-14 and well branch Hansen 1AL1, which are, or maybe capable of, producing from the same pool.

Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp), by applications dated July 18, 2018, requests the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) issue an Area Injection Order to authorize a lean gas enhanced recovery injection project in the Northstar-Kuparuk Oil Pool in the Northstar Unit.

The Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission proposes to adopt regulation changes in 20 AAC 25.025 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with Bonding, including the following:

(1) 20 AAC 25.025 is proposed to be repealed and rewritten as follows: Increasing the minimum bonding amount to more accurately reflect the costs of abandoning wells by establishing a multi-tiered bonding schedule based on the number of wells an operator has.

CPAI, by letter dated July 12, 2018, requests the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) issue a waiver from the requirements of 20 AAC 25.228(a) to allow for final custody transfer metering of hydrocarbons sold from the Greater Moose’s Tooth Unit (GMTU), GMT2 development to occur off unit and to approve the conceptual design of the metering system that will provide fiscal allocation to the GMT2 development.
