The following contracts are available to all State of Alaska executive branch departments and other governmental entities. Other governmental entities include the Alaska Legislative Branch, the Alaska Court System, the University of Alaska, State Boards and Commissions, and all State of Alaska political subdivisions, including cities, boroughs, and school districts.
There are two contract types, mandatory and non-mandatory. Executive branch state agencies must purchase from mandatory contracts while non-mandatory contracts are optional.
If the terms and conditions of a mandatory contract cause an executive branch agency hardship, if you have questions, or would like to submit a compliment, comment, or report a problem with one of the below contracts, contact the Contracting Officer listed for the contract.
