Arson

Short Description

The Board considers arson a violent crime and is, therefore, compensable under Alaskan law.

Policy

Adopted 4-14-06

Any person who is a victim of the crime of arson will be considered for crime victim compensation under AS 18.67 according to the same guidelines as any other violent crime victim.
