Short Description

The Board recognizes that injuries incurred as a direct result of violent crime may jeopardize a person’s ability to return to gainful employment.

When requested by the claimant and merited by the situation, the Violent Crimes Compensation Board will consider awarding up to $1,500.00 in job re-training costs.
