Claimants with Pending Felony Prosecutions

If an application is received from a claimant who is currently being prosecuted on felony charges crime, the claim will be administratively closed pending acquittal/dismissal or completion of sentence as appropriate. This policy will apply only to a claimant who is charged with one or more felony offenses as listed in AS 18.67.101(2), and without regard to whether the offense for which the claimant has been charged is related to the crime for which the claimant seeks compensation.
