Trial Attendance

Short Description

The Board will routinely waive the two-year filing requirement when a new claim requesting only trial attendance related costs and losses is not received within two years of the date of the crime and all other eligibility requirements have been met.

The Board may waive AS 18.67.130(a)(1) when a new claim requests only trial attendance related costs and losses, and all other eligibility requirements under AS 18.67 have been met.
