Absence Management

The Absence Management section in the Division of Personnel and Labor Relations is here to help with all of the following employee leave:

  • Family and Medical Leave (FMLA/AFLA)
    • Birth/adoption of a child
    • Personal or family medical needs
  • Military Leave
    • Member of the national guard called to duty
  • Worker's Compensation Leave
    • Leave is necessitated due to a work related injury

Our mission is to achieve the purposes of the Public Employment Relations Act by acting as the executive branch representative in contract negotiations and contract administration matters.
