Description

Personnel Board

The Personnel Board, created under the Personnel Act (AS 39.25.060), is composed of three members appointed by the governor and confirmed by the legislature meeting in joint session.

State Officer Compensation Commission (SOCC)

The Commission was established to review the salaries, benefits and allowances of members of the legislature, the governor, the lieutenant governor, and each principal executive department head.
