Director's Office
The Director's office provides the administrative and support function for the Division.
Absence Management
Absence Management takes care of special leave processess such as FMLA/AFLA
Classification
The Classification Section provides professional reviews, analyses, recommendations, and final actions on substantive classification and compensation matters.
EEO Program
The Equal Employment Opportunity Program is in charge of training, complaint investigation, outreach, and affirmative action.
Employee Relations
Employee Relations focuses on performance management and other employee relationship issues that might occur.
EPIC
The Employee Planning and Information Center (EPIC) focuses on providing research, employee and position information, and data analysis to executives, managers and human resource professionals within the state system
Labor Relations
Labor Relations acts as the executive branch representative in contract negotiations and contract administration matters.
Learning & Development
The Learning and Development (L&D) staff provides professional supervisory, management, leadership, EEO compliance, and interpersonal skills training for State Employees.
Workforce Services
Workforce Services is responsible for direction and oversight of the State of Alaska's recruitment, injured worker, ADA reassignment, layoff, and OSHA reporting.
