2023 Announcement

The nomination period for the 2023 Governor's Denali Peak Performance Awards has closed. Thank you to everyone who submitted nominations.

Nominations may be made for any state employee. For more information about the nomination process, go to Award Categories & Nomination Forms. On this page nominators can find the criteria, forms, and other information relating to the nomination process.

This is an exceptional opportunity to help build an atmosphere of recognition and appreciation for the hard work and outstanding performance of Peak Performers in your agency. Please take some time to consider nominating one of the many exceptional employees that keep the business of the State of Alaska moving forward.

Nominations must be made on the official nomination form for the appropriate award category. Each nomination must be submitted to the employee’s departmental Denali Award representative by the end of the nomination period.

Provide policy, consultative guidance, and direct human resource services to State of Alaska Executive Branch agencies.

Labor Relations

Our mission is to achieve the purposes of the Public Employment Relations Act by acting as the executive branch representative in contract negotiations and contract administration matters.
