Reasonable Accommodation
Member of the Public
Whether services are provided in-person or online, state agencies make every attempt to provide access for people with disabilities. Occasionally people with disabilities need modifications to participate in programs, services, and activities. This process might include providing information in alternate formats, holding a meeting in a different place, providing a sign language interpreter, or adjusting policies and practices.
Note: This website refers to the term “reasonable modification” for the public as “reasonable accommodation” to avoid confusion.
