DOA Budget Unit

Overview

The budget unit is responsible for the preparation of the annual operating and capital budget requests for the department and for providing year-round budget service to all divisions within the Department of Administration. The Budget Unit provides support to the Commissioner of the Department of Administration and to the Director of Administrative Services in the presentation of the budget requests to the legislature.

Contact the Budget Analyst at 465-5693 to obtain a copy of the Projection Template, projection preparation, instructional information and finding the financial information in IRIS and ALDER.

The Budget Section is responsible for the department's appropriation structures. For other structural changes, such as location, activity, function, or task codes contact the Finance Officer at 907-465-5653.
