Rohan Ralliaram, a seasoned professional with a passion for empowering individuals has over a decade of experience in the field of training and development. Rohan currently serves as the Learning & Development Manager for the State of Alaska.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Rohan enjoys spending time with his family and pets, hiking the beautiful landscapes of Alaska. With his unwavering dedication to empowering others, Rohan continues to make a significant impact on the individuals and communities he serves.

Patricia "Pat" Dill has over 25 years of experience working in Human Resources and for the Division of Personnel and Labor Relations. She currently serves as the Learning and Development Department’s Help Desk Administrator.

Pat adores her family, loves traveling, and has an incredible sense of humor. Her enthusiasm for connecting and bringing out the best in others is treasured by her team. She is the friendly voice that will most likely greet you when you contact us.
