E-Travel Fees

Fees - Effective July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025

  • Online booking with no agent assistance $2.70
  • Online booking with partial assistance (i.e. Exchanges or Rural requests) $10.60
  • Full agent assistance booking (online tool not used) $19.10
  • Charter reservations & changes (Optional CTM Service) $37.10 
  • Refunds
    • No agent assistance $5.30
    • With agent assistance $10.60
  • Voids
    • No agent assistance No Charge
    • With agent assistance $10.60

NOTE: All fees will incur an additional $2.00 cost recovery to the Department of Administration.

Definition of Fees

Online with No Agent Assist Reservation completed in tool with no special request or assistance needed.
Online with Partial Agent Assist Reservation started in tool, but included special requests that required an agent to complete; such as adding rural segments, car and hotel segments, exchanging a pending trip, or applying unused credit file.
Full Agent Assist Reservation booked directly with an agent.
Refund Ticket Online No Agent Assist Unused ticket or cancelled trip refunded in the booking tool.
Refund Ticket with Agent Assist Unused ticket or cancelled trip refunded by an agent at the request of a State employee or when 30 days past travel.
Void Ticket Online No Agent Assist Reservation cancelled and ticket voided in the booking tool.
Void Ticket with Agent Assist Reservation cancelled and ticket voided by an agent at the request of a State employee.
Charter Reservations & Charter Changes A charter is defined as air travel that is not part of an air carriers regularly scheduled flight. Charter bookings may include one or more passengers with travel to one or more destinations. Hotels and car bookings should be included in the charter service and not in separate reservations. A charter booking may include a combination of regular scheduled air and charter service.   

Surcharges

Additional services offered, which may include a surcharge. Surcharges do not incur a cost recovery fee.

  • Agent assistance with travel already purchased through E-Travel Online or Rural Online. $7.40
    • The total cost of surcharges and fee for this service level is equal to the cost for an Online Partial Agent Assist reservation.
  • Research-Greater than 90 days past travel or booked outside of the Travel Office $20.20
  • Virtual Payment Authorizations $10.60
