Overview
The Division of Finance's Payroll Section is divided into two Teams: Payroll Services and Payroll Production.
The Payroll Services Team is charged with maintaining accurate employee and time and attendance information in the IRIS HRM in order to process pay for approximately 14,000 executive branch employees in 14 agencies. The staff ensures compliance with collective bargaining unit agreements, personnel rules, statutes and other federal and state requirements.
The Payroll Production Team is responsible for maintaining employee and position records, processing pay for employees paid through IRIS Human Resource Management (HRM) system, and providing accumulated payroll information, historical records, and reports of the data processed.
