15-CC-078 27 Health Insurance - Employer Contribution Increases the employer contribution to the health insurance plan to $1,371 per eligible employee per month, and allows eligibility of employer contributions for Deck officers who were in pay status for 84 hours or more in the two consecutive pay periods before the first of each month.
