Payroll Services
Effective immediately, the Payroll Services Section of the Division of Personnel and Labor Relations (DOP&LR) has transitioned to the Division of Finance (DOF). At this time DOP&LR is still hosting the Payroll Services web pages, but these pages will be migrated to the DOF website shortly, redirects will be in place to point users to the new pages soon. Finally, for now all contact information (email addresses and phone numbers) for your Payroll Services contacts will remain the same, when updates are made, we will send out notifications well in advance.

Learning & Development
The Learning and Development L&D staff provides professional supervisory, management, leadership, EEO compliance, and interpersonal skills training development and delivery. Courses are offered on an open-enrollment (scheduled), special session (request), and customized basis. L&D staff is also available for training and performance development consultation.
