Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action

Reports pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action in the executive branch per Alaska Statutes 39.28.020(a)(4) and 39.28.020(a)(12). The Executive Branch Affirmative Action Plan contains the state’s EEO/AA policies, guidelines, and job placement goals. Reports contain demographic information on the fifteen departments comprising the executive branch of state government

Personnel Rules

Regulations adopted to implement the Personnel Act. The personnel rules specify the procedures for the operation of the State Personnel system.

State of Alaska Employee Movement Reports The Employee Movement report is a key management tool for workforce planning and provides a view of agency turnover and hire rates by fiscal year. The Outgoing data looks at the percentage of employees leaving positions and the Incoming data looks at the percentage of employees moving into positions. The breakdown is by department, division and organizational unit.
