The Department Human Resource Contacts include the Human Resource Business Partner and Recruitment Staff. The Human Resource Business Partners work in each Department as a liaison to the Division of Personnel and Labor Relations to help their department with strategic HR planning and implementation at a department level. Recruitment staff handle the day to day operations of recruiting and acquiring for new employees.

Learning & Development
The Learning and Development L&D staff provides professional supervisory, management, leadership, EEO compliance, and interpersonal skills training development and delivery. Courses are offered on an open-enrollment (scheduled), special session (request), and customized basis. L&D staff is also available for training and performance development consultation.
