If as an State of Alaska employee you are having trouble logging in to AspireAlaska please go through the following steps for assistance and make sure to review the login instructions on the AspireAlaska Login Info page.
Non @alaska.gov Email Address
If you are a State of Alaska employee who does not use an @alaska.gov email address you will need to use the following alternate user ID format [User ID]+4soa@alaska.gov, for example: jdoe4soa@alaska.gov. If you are having issues with this please contact the AspireAlaska Help Desk for further assistance.
Other Login Issues
Here are some steps that you can use to trouble shoot any login issues.
- Login to https://login.microsoftonline.com, if you cannot login here please reach out to OIT for assistance.
- If you did login at step 1 then go to State of Alaska Employee Login for AspireAlaska.
- If you still were unable to login please try accessing the site using a private browsing session to make sure that when you are logging in to AspireAlaska it is not grabbing other information to try and login.
- If after the above steps you are still having issues logging in please reach out to the AspireAlaska Help Desk with the specific error that you are receiving so that we can assist you further.
AspireAlaska Learning Security Request Form**
This form is used to officially request additional security access to help manage learning. It should be filled out in conjunction with training provided in AspireAlaska.
